The face of someone who really needs a break 😞

I've got us up to the mountains for the weekend and so glad I did.

Something about the vastness, distance and space makes me instantly calm.

😊 I've been off socials a lot in the past month and it's been fantastic.

I stopped posting everyday.

I let go of the pressure to show up.

I've still met my Motherhood Rebellion members because the space is so nurturing.

💛 But instead of being glued to my phone I showed up for myself. I read more, meditate, cook, swim and do all the other bits in-between.

👋 One thing for sure is the Self Care Habits I've created have served me SO well, because in hard times it's these habits that get us through!

And breathe...
